Sam Eshaghoff

Sam Eshaghoff is the founder and Managing Principal of West Egg Development, leading the company’s major initiatives: acquisition, financing, design, and project management.

Eshaghoff has an extensive track record of successful real estate projects in the New York market, ranging from luxury residential homes to commercial ground-up construction projects. He leads his family’s decades-old real estate development and management portfolio. In previous professional roles he served as:

• Head of Acquisitions for Monarch Realty Holdings, a family office focused on acquiring and adding-value to multifamily properties in Manhattan and the Bronx

• Founder and Director of Surface Development, a Brooklyn-based fund focused on renovating and “flipping” residential properties

• Vice President of GPB Realty Capital, a real estate private equity fund focused on larger-scale ground-up real estate development projects in the Greater New York City area

Eshaghoff earned his MBA from the Stern School of business, and previously his BBA from the Zicklin School of Business.
